The service
VINzvit gives a free report about a vehicle based on open and public data. There is no account and no payment.
Information, not a guarantee
A report reflects what public sources contain at the moment of the check. Sources can be incomplete, late or wrong, and many events never reach any database. A report does not replace a technical inspection, a legal check of documents or professional advice. Make your decision after inspecting the car.
Fair use
Use the service for checking vehicles you are interested in. Do not query it automatically or in bulk, do not try to bypass the limits, and do not use reports to identify, track or harass people. We may block abusive traffic.
Private links
Each report has a private link. Whoever has the link can open the report, so share it only with people you trust. Reports are deleted after 90 days.
Content and sources
Facts belong to their sources; we link to them wherever possible. If you own content we refer to and want it corrected or removed, write to support@vinzvit.com.
Liability
The service is provided free of charge and as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.
